Refund policy

In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No. 207, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return purchased goods, please contact us by email at info@altarathome.shop. After contacting us, you will be sent or provided with a withdrawal form. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within seven (7) days after submitting or sending the written withdrawal notice.

Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to ensure that the goods meet your expectations and are in the desired color, shape, size, and material. Pursuant to Section 12, Paragraph Six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. SIA “Dont Panic” reserves the right to refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods have been used and/or damaged, are not returned in their original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

If goods with a defect have been purchased, the buyer must notify SIA “Dont Panic” immediately by phone at +371 29377752 or by email at info@altarathome.shop. Failure to notify the seller without delay may result in the inability to return the goods.

By commencing use of the purchased goods, the buyer confirms that the goods meet their expectations, and the goods will no longer be accepted for return. Prior to using the goods, the buyer is required to read the product instructions carefully, as goods damaged due to improper use cannot be returned.

The amount paid for the goods will be refunded by bank transfer within thirty (30) days from the date the seller receives the consumer’s written withdrawal notice. The seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the cost of delivery shall not be refunded.
